We want to make sure everything is set up for your arrival, so please let us know if you’ll be arriving later than expected. If you need a late check-out, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, depending on availability.

Is there Wi-Fi or mobile phone reception at the retreat?

For those looking to escape, no wi-fi on site ,mobile reception are limited(depending on service provider). This is the perfect opportunity to disconnect and enjoy the beauty of nature. However, we do have a landline in case of emergency.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

We provide everything you need for a comfortable stay, including bedding, towels, and kitchen essentials. However, here are a few items you may want to bring:

What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Full refund for cancellations made at least 2 Days before the booking date

50% refund for cancellations made 1 or less  before the booking date

A credit may be applied case by case for changes. Please contact us directly to discuss your options if changes to your booking are needed.

Is the cabin wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately, our cabin is not currently wheelchair accessible. The cabin is set in a natural, rustic environment and has a stair and farm land that may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. We are happy to answer any questions or discuss accessibility needs before booking.
