Shadow’s story is where it all began.

Brought into the Blacktown Animal Rehoming Centre (BARC) as a young puppy, Shadow was often overlooked. His size and high energy personality meant he spent months waiting for the right family to look beyond the surface. But the moment we met him, we knew this sweet boy was meant to be part of our lives.

Since coming home with us, Shadow has become everything we could have hoped for, well behaved, loving, and the most loyal companion a family could ask for. From his spontaneous zoomies to proudly showing off his favourite toy to every guest, he brings happiness and heart to our everyday life.

These days, Shadow holds a very special role as our official Head of Product Testing. Every item we supply is put through his rigorous approval process, and of course, he is well rewarded with treats and belly rubs for his hard work.

Shadow is not just our inspiration he is the soul of Shadow Lux Co.

SavourLife® is an Australian, mission-driven company fueled by a passion for dogs and a commitment to creating positive change. They produce natural, locally-made dog food and treats, and proudly donate 50% of our profits to pet rescue organizations, helping them rescue and re-home abandoned dogs.

Flynn's Walk

supporting veterinarians and their teams by raising awareness of the challenges they face and promoting mental health and wellbeing. Since 2018, we’ve hosted events across Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney, and Brisbane to reduce stigma and highlight the important work of veterinary professionals. We raise funds to improve mental health and career sustainability for those in the veterinary field, offering workshops and online resources. Flynn's Walk is an Australian health promotion charity and deductible gift recipient.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Return Process – 30 Day Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery. Here's how:

  • Email our customer service team at info@shadowluxco.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  • If your return is approved, we’ll provide the return shipping address. Items must be returned within 30 days in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or replacement within 10 business days.

Warranty Procces

All ShadowLux dog products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not include damage from chewing, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you’re entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product fails to meet acceptable quality.
